It's New Year's Eve! We are closing out the year with a very special highlight video, featuring our most recent gala event, #PastForward: The Present. This year, we honored Walt Louie and Jessica Yu with our Past//Forward Awards, GIDRA with the Cornerstone Award, and @warnerbrosentertainment with the Influencer Award. One of our key highlights from this year was finishing our 16th cycle of our #DigitalHistories storytelling and video production program for older adults, designed for older generations to create and preserve visual stories to be passed down to younger generations. Under the direction of our media instructor @joelquiz , the filmmakers produced 11 new films and premiered their works at #LAAPFF2019.
