Visual Communications Receives Community Impact Award from JACL

On Saturday, September 29th, the PSW District of the Japanese American Citizens League held an Awards Luncheon to commemorate the filmmakers and media artists who helped bring the story of Nikkei culture, Japanese American WWII Incarceration and the Redress campaign to the big screen. The luncheon, themed “Lights, Camera, Social Action,” was held at the Torrance Marriott in Redondo Beach.
