Read MoreThis week our 2017 Armed with a Camera Fellows went to Portland to visit LAIKA Entertainment (KUBO AND THE TWO STRINGS, CORALINE, CORPSE BRIDE, PARANORMAN) for a studio tour. The Fellows observed all stages of a working stop motion animation studio, from LAIKA staff choosing different fabrics for costume design, to building the robot mechanisms for the puppets used in the films.
